Airsoft Arena Georgia is an indoor recreational sports and gaming venue. All devices and equipment used during the game are intended solely for sport and recreational use.
Participation at the arena is permitted only in compliance with the established rules and safety requirements. Before the game starts, every participant is required to read the current rules and terms and to sign the corresponding liability document. For a person under 18, the document is signed by a parent or legal guardian.
A participant who breaks the safety rules, ignores the instructor's directions, or by their own actions endangers other participants, staff or property may be removed from the game immediately. In such a case the amount paid is not refunded.
If the arena's equipment, inventory, decorations or other property is damaged intentionally or through negligence, the responsible person may be charged for the damage caused, including the cost of repair or replacement.
Personal data provided when making a booking or receiving a service is processed in accordance with applicable law and is used solely to process the booking, to communicate with the customer and to provide the relevant service.
